From August cooling emergencies to October furnace prep, Innovative Mechanical covers your whole system — cooling, heating, air quality and the ductwork behind it all. Tap any service to call.
Flat-rate air conditioning repair and diagnostics, plus new installations with four clearly priced options — sized right for Georgia's hot, humid summers.
Heating season starts in October. Honest furnace repair, replacement with no-pressure options, and inspections that catch problems before the first cold night.
One efficient system that cools all summer and heats all winter — plus quiet ductless comfort for bonus rooms, basements and additions where ductwork isn't an option.
Most comfort problems live in the ducts, not the equipment. We perform a duct airflow analysis on every system quote — something most companies skip entirely.
Georgia humidity, pollen and dust don't have to live in your house. Whole-home solutions matched to your system, not bolted on as an upsell.
Smart Wi-Fi thermostats, zoning systems that end the thermostat wars — and a phone answered around the clock when comfort can't wait.
Your comfort can't wait — and the phone is answered 24/7. From emergency repairs to nagging system issues, we diagnose the real problem, explain it plainly, and never touch a thing until you approve the flat-rate price.
Refrigerant leaks, failed capacitors, frozen coils or compressor trouble — we diagnose the actual cause and explain what's worth fixing and what isn't.
Flame sensors, igniters, gas valves or control boards. Georgia's first cold night is when hidden furnace problems show up — we get the heat back on.
Hot upstairs, freezing basement? That's usually ductwork, not equipment. We run a duct airflow analysis and fix the airflow, not just the symptom.
Rattling, banging, squealing or grinding? We track down loose parts, worn bearings and failing motors before a small noise becomes a big repair.
Climbing power bills usually trace back to dirty coils, low refrigerant, a failing motor or leaking ducts. We find the real culprit instead of guessing.
No cooling in an August heat wave? No heat on a cold night? Call (770) 726-7407 any hour — nights, weekends and holidays included. A real person answers.

(770) 726-7407Before this company existed, Chad Ferguson was general manager of a large Atlanta heating & air company. Then private equity bought it — and he watched customer care get replaced by ticket quotas.
He wanted no part of it. In 2015 Chad founded Innovative Mechanical in Marietta as the deliberate opposite: white-glove service, quality components on every job, and installs his crew treats like artwork. Eleven years later, that hasn't changed — Chad, in the trade since 1999, still works in the field alongside his team.
"Treat this job as if you just purchased this home and it's going to be your forever home." — Chad Ferguson, Owner
